Welcome to Cell Saviors SSM. We are pleased to offer you access to our educational materials, services, ministry practices, and natural products within the private domain of this spiritual association. Enclosed in this agreement is your formal invitation to join our Private Ministerial Association and a waiver outlining your rights, responsibilities, and the protections afforded to both you and the ministry. Cell Saviors SSM is a lawfully formed Private Ministerial Association dedicated to the restoration of cellular health, physiological wellbeing and restoration of the body, the temple of the divine. Our purpose is to serve the strengthen the divine life force through the human body with private education, community and fellowship, and supplements and lifestyle programs in harmony with nature.

Membership Agreement & Waiver Form Overview
I hereby apply for membership in Cell Saviors SSM, a private ministerial and spiritual association. By signing this agreement, I affirm that I have read and agree with the following Declaration of Purpose, Preamble, and Memorandum of Understanding, and enter into this agreement willingly and in good faith.

Declaration of Purpose
Cell Saviors SSM is organized for educational, spiritual, and beneficent purposes, and partially for worship. It is established under the exclusive jurisdiction of its Bylaws and Ecclesiastical Law, for the upliftment and healing of the human body. This Association is unincorporated, existing outside the jurisdiction of statutory law. Its members may freely share services, products, guidance, and education within the private domain.

Membership Rights and Benefits
As a member of Cell Saviors SSM, I am entitled to:
-Access educational, regenerative, spiritual, or ecological services.
-Make private exchanges with fellow members.
-Expect all member interactions to be handled privately and confidentially.
-Receive informed consent regarding any service, product, or consultation.
-Withdraw membership at any time in writing.

Preamble
Members of Cell Saviors SSM operate pursuant to the Laws of the Creator and this private contract. We declare that we are exercising our right to remain in the private domain. Our activities are spiritual and educational in nature and not subject to public regulation. Our mission is to live in harmony with Nature and God and help restore the health, life force and vitality of the PMA members. We serve all beings regardless of age, race, religion, or background.

Memorandum of Understanding
I understand and acknowledge:
-All interactions within Cell Saviors SSM are private contractual relationships between members.
-Members, volunteers, teachers, or advisors may not be licensed by state or federal agencies, and I accept this in entering private contract.
-I waive all rights of complaint to external agencies and agree that any grievances will be resolved within the Association’s private forum or tribunal.
-I accept that no guarantees are made, and outcomes are the responsibility of the individual member.
-I am joining a spiritual ministry, and do not represent any local, state, or federal agency for enforcement or investigation purposes.
-I may rescind my membership at any time, but understand it may be revoked for harassment, abusive behavior, or breach of this agreement.

Waiver of Liability
By signing this agreement, I:
-Assume full responsibility for any decisions or outcomes related to Association services, education, or products.
-Waive the right to pursue any legal action against Cell Saviors SSM, its trustees, volunteers, or members, unless presented with clear and present danger and approved by the Association tribunal.
-Acknowledge that all activities are performed in the private domain under common law, ecclesiastical law, and spiritual doctrine.
-Agree that any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration within the Association and not in public courts.

Final Declaration
I freely join Cell Saviors SSM, a Private Ministerial Association, to share in its mission of spiritual, ecological, and educational transformation. I enter this agreement voluntarily, without coercion, and understand that the submission of this signed document initiates my private membership.​
